Planned Preventative Maintenance
We will provide a comprehensive service including a full maintenance service to the above and below ground drainage systems of commercial buildings.
Following an initial site inspection and quotation, we will provide and comprehensive programme of planned maintenance activities which will ensure that the drainage systems of commercial properties will remain free flowing at all times.
Our programmes will recommend regular high pressure jetting which will prevent build up of debris, scale and silt. They also include the mechanical cleaning of all small bore drainage systems and the visual inspection of all sanitary ware.
Another area covered by our preventative maintenance programme is the cleaning and removal of silt and debris from gutters and valley gutters. Also we provide a service for the cleaning and maintenance of petrol interceptors and catch pits, including the management and disposal of all contaminated waste in accordance with local authority regulations.
Our unique guarantee will ensure that if the planned preventative maintenance is carried out according to the recommended programme, we will return to site free of charge and remove any blockage free of charge (not including mis-use).
